As we roll into March, expect warmer weather as the playoff races really heat up.
Chicago Bulls @ Miami Heat
This is the first national stage for Joe Johnson in a Miami Heat uniform. Coming into the season, both Chicago and Miami were looked upon as the biggest threats to Cleveland. While it may not be true, both teams are in the playoff race and will be tough outs come April. However, both teams could just as easily slip.
Portland Trail Blazers @ Boston Celtics
Portland and Boston are flat out fun. Both are over achieving are really fun to watch. The Blazers have one of the best offensive backcourts in the league while the Celtics have a defensive minded backcourt. Someone leaves this one with their feelings hurt.
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Golden State Warriors
If you missed these two clash this past Saturday, you missed the best game of the year. This may not live up to the standard that set, but is still a must-see event.
Washington Wizards @ Cleveland Cavaliers
These two also played last week in DC, and the Wizards dominated the Cavs as LeBron rested. The King should be back on his throne as Cleveland looks for payback at the Q.
Utah Jazz @ New Orleans Pelicans
The race for 8th in the West heats up as the Pels host the Jazz. This should have a major impact on who ends up in the playoffs, but also, the Jazz need to change their moniker and give New Orleans the “Jazz” name. It just makes sense.
