Recap:
The Wizards might have been the most disappointing team in the NBA last year. After winning a playoff series last year, many thought the Wizards could build off that and possibly make a deep playoff run. A year later, the team never clicked and their coach was fired.

The Wizards are hoping no one offers Beal a max deal, but in all likelihood someone will and the Wizards will be forced to match it. Even though he has been injury prone and inconsistent, Washington has no choice but to bring him back, as he is the only player who can give Wall some help scoring. I think Scott Brooks will want to bring in some new guys so don’t expect too many people back on this roster, perhaps just Dudley and Anderson.
Team Needs:
The Wizards need to solve the revolving door at the small forward spot and get consistent play from the position.

Kevin Durant - The disappointing season the Wizards had last year really hurt their chances to bring the D.C. native back home. But they did hire his former coach and will look to at least secure a meeting with him.
Dwight Howard - The pick-and-roll game with Wall and Howard would be great. Something Dwight would like, as he would get lobs and great feeds inside. Something he did not get with James Harden in Houston.
Al Horford - Another great big man who Wall could work with in the pick and roll, and he would be even more dangerous because he can step out and shoot and is a very good passer for a big man.
Nicolas Batum - Batum would solve their issue at the three spot and he is coming off his best year as a pro.
