25. Isiah Thomas 19.2 PPG 9.3 APG 3.6 RPG 1.9 SPG

Thomas came up during one of the toughest eras of basketball and was drafted at the time by the laughing stock of the league, the Detroit Pistons. He was the driving force behind making the Pistons a threat in the NBA. Just how good was Thomas? He was arguably the best point guard in the league behind of course Magic Johnson. Thomas was the face of the “Bad Boys” in the late 80s and early 90s, the team that made Jordan, Jordan. Thomas only played 13 seasons and made the playoffs in nine of them, while winning back to back championships in 1988-89 and 1989-90.

24. David Robinson 21.1 PPG 2.5 APG 10.6 RPG 3.0 BLK

“The Admiral”, the mentor to Tim Duncan, one of the best centers of all-time. Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, MVP, two time champion, what more needs to be said? 14 year career all with the San Antonio Spurs, he helped build the culture that is the Spurs. Robinson was an all-around force.

23. Kevin Garnett 17.8 PPG 3.7 APG 10 RPG 1.4 BLK 1.3 SPG

The “Big Ticket”, whether you remember him from his Minnesota Timberwolves or Boston Celtics days. You’ll remember him as one of the greatest defensive forwards ever, KG could do it all. From tearing you apart on the court physically, mentally or by simply his play. Garnett had his presence felt each time he stepped on the court, after announcing his retirement prior to the 2016-2017 season. Garnett walks away a Defensive Player of the Year, MVP, and a one time NBA champion with the Boston Celtics. To quote one of the more infamous KG quotes “Anything is possible”.

22. Kevin Durant 27.4 PPG 3.7 APG 7.0 RPG 48.3 FG%

At just 27, Durant is already among the elites for a few reasons. The man is a scoring machine! Through just nine seasons in the league, Durant already has been Rookie of the Year, MVP, has led the league in scoring four times and has won three gold medals. Durant is currently a top 3 player among the active NBA stars and with his signing to the Golden State Warriors it seems as if he’ll be adding rings to his resume sooner rather than later.

21. Dwyane Wade 23.7 PPG 5.8 APG 4.8 RPG

“The Flash” known for his 13 year tenure with the Miami Heat, is now heading into his first season with the Chicago Bulls. Wade is a three-time NBA champion, no matter how much credit you give him for his last two rings(Formed the Big 3 in 2010). Wade has been one of, if not the best shooting guards in the league for a decade. And at the age of 24 when he won his first title, with the help of Shaq. Wade was the one who willed the Heat over the Dallas Mavericks. Bad knees have been an issue for Wade in this recent stretch of history. However, when Wade is healthy and at his best he can be virtually unstoppable. In the 06 Finals the Heat were down 0-2 in the series to the Mavericks and that’s when Wade put on one of the greatest finals performances of all-time. The Heat went on to win the next four games to win the title, while Wade led the way averaging a ridiculous 39.2 PPG. He was named Finals MVP. The future for Wade is uncertain heading into a new team, but if he remains healthy, we may see him higher on this list when it’s all set and done.
