The Philadelphia 76ers have a promising season coming up as they hope to have Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, and Dario Sario take the floor for the first time. Even though there future is bright, they still have a logjam in the frontcourt that needs to be addressed. Here are a few trade options the Sixers can take to unload some of their bigs.

Sixers Nerlens Noel, Jerami Grant, Hollis Thompson for Wolves Ricky Rubio, 2nd Round Pick
With a young defensive prowess like Nerlens Noel and an offensive stud in Karl Anthony Towns, the Wolves frontline would be instantly bolstered. Nikola Pekovic is one of the few centers the Wolves have, but he has only played in 43 games the past two seasons and his health is questionable. Noel would be a great fit for the Wolves and would help Towns focus more on the offensive end. Also, with Kris Dunn coming in and Rubio being the subject of trade rumors for the past few years, it’s almost inevitable that he will be traded some time during the season. He would be a great pickup for the Sixers, regardless of his inability to shoot. He has great court vision and can help players like Jahlil Okafor, Joel Embiid, and Ben Simmons get easier shots. Rubio would fit well with the Sixers.
Sixers Nerlens Noel, Richaun Holmes, Robert Covington, 2nd Round Pick for Suns Brandon Knight, John Jenkins
Phoenix Suns’ Brandon Knight has had trade rumors circulating the web for the past few weeks. With new head coach Earl Watson delegating Knight to a bench role, he may not be happy for too long. Also, the Suns have an abundance of guards and they will need to get rid of one, especially as Devin Booker’s role is expected to increase. Suns would get a great shot-blocking forward that can run the floor with them (eventually replacing an aging Tyson Chandler). Along with Robert Covington, Noel gives the Suns some size down low. As for Philly, they get a young point guard who can score and distribute the basketball. Trade works well for both teams.
