Big Cap Players ($8,000 and Up)
DeMarcus Cousins vs NYK ($11,200) - Cousins has posted 50+ fantasy in 10 of his last 11 games, including a 63 point fantasy game against the Knicks this past Sunday. Thanks to Cousins and a few other “big” performances, the Knicks are allowing centers to average almost 60 fantasy points a night over their last five games. Look for Cousins to take advantage of this interior defense for the second time this week.
Mid Cap Players ($5,000 to $8,000)
Kristaps Porzingis vs SAC ($7,600) - Porzingis wasn’t great his last two games, but a matchup with the Kings defense should help him out. Plus, in his matchup with them Sunday, he didn’t rely on scoring to rack up fantasy points as he grabbed 14 rebounds and swatted 5 shots.
Devin Booker vs LAL ($5,900) - This matchup really gives Booker an opportunity for a big fantasy night. The Lakers allow the second most fantasy points to shooting guards in the league. Plus, over the last three games, both of these teams are allowing over a 114 points per game. So, there will be plenty of points in this one.
Small Cap Players ($5,000 and Under)
Brandon Jenning vs SAC ($4,800) - Derrick Rose is out again tonight, so Jennings should receive the start. He wasn’t great against the Cavs, but it's pretty hard to produce when your team’s getting smoked that bad. So in an easier matchup against the Kings, Jenning should be able to produce.
Thabo Sefolosha vs MIL ($4,200) - With Kent Bazemore out, there will be more minutes open on the wing, giving Thabo a chance to hit some nice value Plus, the Bucks give up the fourth most fantasy points to small forwards.
