Big Cap Players ($8,000 and Up)
Hassan Whiteside vs LAL ($9,200) - Whiteside is continuing to impress this season, posting over 39 fantasy points in six straight games. He also will be facing a Lakers defense that allows centers to average over 48 fantasy points a night. Look for Whiteside to have his way inside against the Lakers.
Mid Cap Players ($5,000 to $8,000)
Jeff Teague vs BOS ($7,700) - Teague has posted over 41 fantasy points in four straight games. And tonight, he matches up with Isiah Thomas, who is not known for his defense. So look for Teague to have another big night.
Goran Dragic vs LAL ($7,400) - Dragic is having a solid season and has posted over 38 fantasy points in seven of his last 11 games. Plus, the Lakers aren’t a lockdown defensive team and have allowed point guards to average over 46 fantasy points a night. The Heat also have some banged up guards and could look to give Dragic extra minutes.
Small Cap Players ($5,000 and Under)
J.J. Redick vs SAS ($4,400) - With Blake Griffin missing time, Reddick will have increased value. As you saw in the Clippers last game, Reddick received a lot more touches as he scored 27 points. I would try to take advantage of his price before it goes up, but do take some caution as Reddick is playing the Spurs.
Aaron Gordon vs NYK ($4,200) - Gordon hasn’t been great lately, but I like this matchup against the Knicks. I think he could have some nice upside as a punt play.
