Big Cap Players ($8,000 and Up)
John Wall vs BOS ($9,500) - We went with Wall last night and he came through, scoring 53 fantasy points. Tonight we are hoping for the same thing as he faces the Celtics, who may be missing their best perimeter defender, Avery Bradley. And in Bradley’s absence, they have struggled against point guards, allowing them to score 51 fantasy a night over their last five games.
Mid Cap Players ($5,000 to $8,000)
Joel Embiid vs NYK ($7,500) - Embiid has posted over 32 fantasy points in six straight games, and faces a Knicks team that has struggled defensively. But not only do the Knicks struggle defensively, they struggle with centers. Over the last five games the Knicks have allowed centers to average 54 fantasy points a night.
Marcus Smart vs WAS ($5,200) - Smart has picked up some extra playing time with Avery Bradley being sidelined, and he has taken advantage. In Smart’s last three games, he has posted over 33 fantasy points. If Bradley is out again tonight, Smart makes a nice play
Small Cap Players ($5,000 and Under)
J.J. Reddick vs ORL ($4,500) - Reddick is a great choice if you are looking for a low budget shooting guard as he has posted over 24 fantasy points in four straight games. Plus, he gets a matchup with his former team.
