Big Cap Players ($8,000 and Up)
Kyrie Irving vs DET ($9,400) - Uncle Drew could be in for a big game against the Pistons tonight. Why? Because the Pistons are allowing point guards to average 53 fantasy points a night over their last five games. Not to mention, Kyrie has posted over 43 fantasy points in five of his last six games, including a 65 fantasy point explosion against the Hawks.
Mid Cap Players ($5,000 to $8,000)
D’Angelo Russell vs PHO ($6,700) - Russell is starting to find a consistency as he has posted over 31 fantasy points in five of his last seven games. A game between Phoenix and Los Angeles should be pretty high scoring too. Both of these teams allow their opponents to average over a 110 points a game. As well, the Suns are allowing point guards to average over 51 fantasy points a night.
Jusuf Nurkic vs PHI ($6,500) - Nurkic has been solid since joining the Blazers. Not to mention he has posted 30 or more fantasy points in four straight games. And tonight, he gets to face the Sixers, the team allowing the most fantasy points to center in the league.
Small Cap Players ($5,000 and Down)
Maurice Harkless vs PHI ($4,800) - Harkless has been solid with Evan Turner out. He has been picking up more minutes, which has led to more consistency. In his last six games, he has scored 21 fantasy points or more making him a pretty safe option at $4,800. Plus, another nice thing about Harkless is that he has 30+ fantasy point potential as he has scored 36+ fantasy points in two of his last eight games.
Marquese Chriss vs LAL ($4,400) - The Lakers have gotten destroyed by power forwards their last five games, as they are allowing them to average 58 fantasy point a night. I don’t expect a huge night out of Chriss, but he should be able to hit value at worst.
High-Risk, High-Reward Players
Devin Booker vs LAL ($6,400) - Booker hasn’t been super consistent, but it is hard not to play in him in a matchup like this. I could easily see him explode in this game.
