As the Eastern Conference Finals begin to unfold, LeBron Watch returns to chronicle the history that is currently being made by one of the greatest NBA players of all time.

We at Off the Glass invite you to appreciate one of the history being made as it happens as we track LeBron James' ascent into basketball immortality.

Below we list some of the historical feats that James' has already lay claim to in this year's playoff run as well as some milestones that he can potentially hit before the year is over.

James is averaging 9.0 AST during the 2018 playoffs which means there is very little chance that James' moves up this list this year.

Realistically, James could earn a top 15 spot on the all time list by blocking 11 more shots to pass Pau Gasol who is currently sitting with 233 career playoff blocks.
