Kory Waldron/Jac Manuell

21. Draymond Green

2018-2019 Season Stats: 7.4 PPG 7.3 RPG 6.9 APG 1.4 STL 1.1 BLK

PER: 12.9 TS%: 52.6% WS: 4.3 - 45/25/69

Draymond Green has changed the face of basketball. His defensive talents have caused a dramatic shift on what teams prioritise when building their defenses. He’s a once in a generation defensive talent and is an elite playmaker and floor general too. Green has been the heart and soul of the game’s most successful franchise over the last few decades. That fact alone almost exceeds all his on-court exploits.

22. Al Horford

2018-2019 Season Stats: 13.6 PPG 6.7 RPG 5.4 APG

PER: 20.2 TS%: 60.5% WS: 7.5 - 53/36/82

Al Horford, what doesn’t he do? Horford isn’t a high volume scorer but he can score from anywheres on the court. A lethal pick and pop scorer, with a steady 3-point shot. Not to mention a great facilitator for his position. Horford is also a very good defender, great at positioning his body while being almost sneaky strong. For the last couple of years he's been known as the "Embiid stopper". Al Horford has a tremendous basketball IQ and the ability to do just about everything, his best years may be behind him but he's got plenty left to offer.

23. Ben Simmons

2018-2019 Season Stats: 16.9 PPG 8.8 RPG 7.7 APG

PER: 20 TS%: 58.2% WS: 8.2 - 56/0/60

Ben Simmons can be an MVP calibre player; key word, can. He’s one of the most electrifying players in the open court with a sublime passing acumen to match. The gaping hole in his game is glaring with a capital ‘g’. Summer workouts show he’s been working on the jumper but until he’s shown it in meaningful NBA basketball then we can’t judge him adequately. With the Sixers holding championship goals, Simmons may be the key to achieving those lofty goals.

24. CJ McCollum

2018-2019 Season Stats: 21 PPG 4 RPG 3 APG

PER: 17 TS%: 55.3% WS: 5.6 - 46/37/83

CJ McCollum has been the ultimate sidekick to Damian Lillard in Portland. McCollum is one of the best at creating his own offense & scoring from anywhere on the court. McCollum is an offensive weapon who can explode at any given moment and has proven he's not shy in big moments when a big bucket is needed. An underrated playmaker as well, he’s often tasked with running the show when Lillard sits. McCollum has remained a crucial element to all of Portland's recent success, that isn't changing.

25. Khris Middleton

2018-2019 Season Stats: 18.3 PPG 6 RPG 4.3 APG

PER: 16.5 TS%: 55.8% WS: 6.1 - 44/38/84

Khris Middleton has plenty of skeptics. Even with them, he's still one of the most talented and efficient two-way wings in the league. His recent salary extension may be somewhat inflated but he plays at the most valuable position and is the perfect compliment to the Greek Freak. Milwaukee will be hoping the Team USA experience will allow Middleton to take the next step. If he can mirror his 2017-18 playoff form in this year’s postseason then he’ll give the Bucks every chance of winning a chip.
